Tim Gerhardt joined Balmoral in 2020 as a Senior Advisor. Tim has over 29 years of experience in the building services industry. He has served in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, building automation and energy services. Tim held several positions at a Fortune 100 company prior to starting his own HVAC service company in 1996.

Prior to joining Balmoral, Tim was founder and CEO of Allpoints, a single-source building services provider for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. During the 24 years of owning and operating his own business, he acquired two building services companies. Ultimately, he sold Allpoints to Service Logic in 2020.

Tim has a B.S. in Marketing, Management, Industrial Relations and an Economics minor from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
