Michael Palumbo

Vice President

Michael Palumbo is a Vice President at Balmoral Advisors, where he advises clients ranging from emerging growth to large, publicly traded enterprises. He has worked on more than 20 completed transactions across all of Balmoral’s areas of expertise including building products, business services, chemicals and materials, food and beverage, and industrials.

Prior to joining Balmoral in 2019, Michael was an M&A analyst at Medical Management Professional Services, Inc. (MMPS), an investment group focused on acquiring outpatient healthcare practices and practitioners specialized in phlebology, gynecology, podiatry and cardiology. While at MMPS, Michael worked on sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities.

Michael earned a BS in Finance and Business Analytics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a FINRA-registered financial professional.
