Balmoral Advisors is pleased to announce that SurePods, a subsidiary of Oldcastle Infrastructure, has been sold to WND Ventures. Balmoral served as financial advisor to Oldcastle Infrastructure.

SurePods is a leading provider of prefabricated bathrooms in North America. Using BIM and lean manufacturing technology, SurePods works with customers from design to installation to produce custom, ready-to-install bathroom pods for hotels, hospitals, military barracks and multi-unit residential projects. Previous clients include Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Oldcastle Infrastructure was represented by Balmoral Advisors as sell-side M&A advisor and Eversheds Sutherland as M&A counsel on this transaction.
