Balmoral Advisors, an independent, full-service investment bank, is pleased to announce that Bill Brandell has joined the firm as a Senior Advisor.
Prior to joining Balmoral Advisors, Bill held senior executive positions in several Fortune 500 companies in the technology and beverage packaging industries.
More recently he has become an accomplished serial entrepreneur, co-founding four manufacturing companies in the consumer packaging industry. Bill has more than 30 years operations experience in positions ranging from sales/marketing, manufacturing, operations, finance to CEO. He was integral in the turnaround and sell-side of Honeywell/Allied Signal $600 Million global electronics materials business unit as well as with the buy-side of a Rexam Plc $450 Million beverage packaging business in Brazil. Bill has also served on the Board of Directors for joint ventures with Coors Brewing Company and with Vitro Glass Corporation in Mexico.
At Balmoral, Bill is focused on expanding the firm’s relationships with companies in the food, beverage and packaging sectors. He is also tasked with evaluating and advising client companies on ways to improve operating performance and maximize enterprise value.
Bill received his BA in Economics from Bates College and has also completed an executive program in finance at Harvard Business School.
