Balmoral Advisors, a leading middle-market investment bank, is pleased to announce it served as the exclusive financial advisor to American Jetway Corporation (“American Jetway”), a Wayne, Michigan-based provider of aerosol and liquid contract packaging solutions, in its sale to QuestSpecialty Corporation, a portfolio company of Renovo Capital.
Founded in 1963, American Jetway has established itself as a trusted name in contract manufacturing, offering end-to-end solutions including formulation, blending, filling, and packaging. The Company produces a broad array of products—ranging from cleaners and coatings to adhesives, lubricants, and automotive additives—serving a diverse customer base across the automotive aftermarket, industrial, and commercial sectors. American Jetway operates three manufacturing facilities and an in-house laboratory.
QuestSpecialty, a Texas-based manufacturer of specialty chemicals for the industrial and institutional markets, will integrate American Jetway to expand its aerosol and liquid packaging capabilities and geographic footprint. The acquisition strengthens Quest’s capabilities in private label manufacturing and enhances its presence in the automotive aftermarket, cleaning, and industrial segments.
Balmoral Advisors led a tailored and competitive sale process, working closely with American Jetway’s shareholders to identify a strategic partner aligned with the Company’s values, operational strengths, and long-term vision. The transaction also included the transfer of affiliated real estate assets supporting the Company’s operations.
