Heidar Fadae is a distinguished investment banker with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, financial advisory services, and valuations including performing a post-petition enterprise/securities valuation for the unsecured creditors committee in a $700 million Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. In addition, he has worked extensively in private credit, debt capital, risk management, and real estate.
Prior to joining Balmoral, Heidar worked as a Senior Associate at Fifth Third Securities/H2C where he executed mergers and acquisitions, joint venture partnerships, and advisory services assignments across multiple healthcare segments. As a Senior Associate at AlixPartners, he provided valuation, corporate finance and transaction support services. At Antares Capital he focused on raising investor capital through structured investment vehicles to finance private equity transactions. Heidar started his career as a Senior Analyst for Barclays Capital specializing in debt capital markets with a particular focus on total return swaps.
