Heidar Fadae

Vice President

Heidar Fadae is a Vice President at Balmoral Advisors, where he advises clients ranging from emerging growth to large, publicly traded enterprises. He works with clients across all of Balmoral’s areas of expertise including building products, business services, chemicals and materials, food and beverage, and industrials.

Prior to joining Balmoral in 2023, Heidar worked as a Senior Associate at Fifth Third Securities/H2C where he executed mergers and acquisitions, joint venture partnerships, and advisory services assignments across multiple healthcare segments. At Antares Capital, he was a Senior Analyst in a division that raised investor capital through structured investment vehicles to finance private equity transactions. Heidar started his career as a Senior Analyst for Barclays Capital specializing in debt capital markets with a particular focus on total return swaps. Heidar also has extensive experience in financial advisory services, risk management, and real estate.

Heidar holds a BS in Finance and Economics from the E .W. Kelley Graduate School of Business at Indiana University. At Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, he earned an MBA with a focus on Analytical Finance and Strategy. Heidar is a FINRA-registered financial professional.
