Rolling Meadows, IL – Balmoral Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of ROC Group to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG). Balmoral served as exclusive financial advisor to ROC Group.
ROC Group, founded in 1998, is an employee communication agency dedicated to human resources and enterprise change. ROC Group offers full-service communication capabilities from concept development to delivery. Along with her team, Founder & CEO Jan Burnham will join Gallagher’s employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations under the direction of Ben Reynolds, Global Managing Director, Employee Experience and Communication Practice.
