We are seeking an experienced, lateral analyst with prior post-college investment banking experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in finance with a strong academic record.
- Minimum of 2 years full time M&A experience, excluding internships.
- Experience must be at a small (<50 employees) mid-market boutique investment bank.
- Closed at least 4 sell-side M&A transactions.
- Domestic travel approximately 7-8 times per year.
- Passed FINRA Series 79.
- Telework permitted up to 2 days/week within Chicago metro area.
- Based in Chicago or willing to relocate to Chicago.
- Fluent in conversational and written English.
